We already fixed this ourselvesFor a repair campus staff handled on the spot. This files the record the process asks for — owner, date, result and photos — and closes the work order straight away instead of putting it in a queue for work that's done.

I can't get the number of quotes this needsTick this if the vendors aren't there — one licensed company in the county, nobody returning calls, a trade nobody local covers. The work order still goes in andFacilities picks up the sourcing. Without it this looks like a job nobody has started.

I already have pricing for thisOptional. Raises the purchase order at the same time, instead of waiting for Facilities to source it. Leave this unticked and Facilities will handle the vendor, quotes and funding — you don't need to know any of them to report a problem.
